Aleksandra has a distinguished career both in the private and public sectors, blending her profound expertise in metals and mining with extensive experience in foreign policy, international relations, investigative journalism, and comprehensive analysis of geostrategic and societal trends.

As a key figure within the Luma Holding Group, Aleksandra spearheads and orchestrates global projects across Central and Southeast Europe as well as East Africa. Notably, she has been instrumental in the development of LuNa Smelter in Rwanda, marking a significant milestone as the first tin metal smelter in Africa to fully comply with the Responsible Minerals Assurance Process (RMAP).

Her advocacy for responsible production of critical raw materials is further exemplified by her active involvement in the Governance Body and Outreach Group at the European Partnership for Responsible Minerals.

Her contributions to the mining industry have garnered international recognition, with Women In Mining UK honouring her placement on the prestigious Top Global 100 Women in Mining List in 2022.
