Thomas Abo Atia is Research Manager in the SOLVOMET group (KU Leuven). Most of his career was devoted to flowsheet development for metal recycling from primary and secondary materials. As SIM2’s member (Institute for Sustainable Metals and Minerals), he aims to contribute to a more circular and sustainable hydrometallurgy.
