Stefan Crets joined CSR Europe as Executive Director in February 2011. Before joining CSR Europe, Stefan Crets was the General Manager of Corporate Planning at Toyota Motor Europe. His main responsibilities were the coordination of European Regional Hoshin, the European Executive Committee and the overall corporate planning activities. Prior to his experience at Toyota, he was a Programme Advisor at the King Baudouin Foundation (1997-2001). He started his professional career as an academic at the University of Antwerp, Department of Sociology (1987-1997), focusing on the measurement of well-being and the management of the social welfare state, as well as teaching organisational sociology and quantitative research methods.
